in a liminal area where officially we don't belong, this video captures very well how the line between human-purposed and natural is nearly nonexistent. the ambiguity of this space is presented without interpretive comment. it's up to viewers to center their own complex responses to the complex flows and variables at work here. sounds of transport and industry overlap as train horns seem to duet with waterfowl and other river voices.
