Canadian Poets Series #3 : Kate Siklosi

Kate Siklosi lives in Tkaronto / Dish With One Spoon Territory. Her work includes Selvage (Invisible Publishing, 2023) [see my review of such here], which was shortlisted for the 2024 Pat Lowther Memorial Award, leavings (Timglaset, 2021) [see my review of such here], and six chapbooks of poetry, including conjure (Paper View Books), coup (The Blasted Tree), 1956 (above/ground press) and po po poems (above/ground press). She co-edited, with Dani Spinosa, an issue of G U E S T [a journal of guest editors] in 2020, and above/ground press also released a two-volume festschrift on her work, Report from the Siklosi Society, Vol. 1, No. 1 and 2 in 2022. Her critical and creative work has also been featured across North America, Europe, and the UK, including this recent essay for Jacket2. She also curates the Small Press Map of Canada and is co-founding editor of Gap Riot Press.
